1.0 Delivery Policy
Our deliveries available from Mondays to Sundays, except for public holidays (unless stated
otherwise).
The surcharge for delivery service will be shown during checkout. In the event that a delivery is re-
routed upon request by the recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be re-
scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable
nature of the products.
To avoid issues or delays with delivery, please ensure that you include the full address details,
accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number
or email address so that we can notify you in the event of non-delivery.
1.1 Delivery Service Areas
We only deliver within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the adjacent areas. At this moment, we do not
deliver via PO box to outside of these service areas to ensure our products are at their best
conditions.
1.2 Same Day Delivery
For same day delivery order (an order placed on the same date as delivery date), the order and
payment must be submitted before 12pm on the same day. Same Day Delivery orders are completed
between 4pm to 7pm.
1.3 Standard / Advanced Orders
For standard and advanced booking, orders are completed from Mondays to Sundays (except for
public holidays, unless otherwise stated). In the event of peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day and
Mother’s Day), our delivery service will be available until 9pm. Customers will be informed should
there be any delays. Your understanding is required.
1.4 Adverse Weather Conditions
We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time during adverse weather conditions (such as heavy
rain, flood etc.). This is beyond our control and we shall not be held liable for any late delivery of the
order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-
delivery for the affected orders.
1.5 Non-Delivery
In the event of order recipient is not available when we deliver the product(s), we will deliver to the
following ‘alternative’ recipients:
- For delivery to office, we will deliver to the receptionist or order recipient’s colleague;
- For delivery to house or apartment, we will deliver to order recipient’s family member or to the
security office or management office; - For delivery to college/university campus, we may contact you or the order recipient to make
arrangement to deliver to the order recipient’s friend.
Please note that the delivery to the alternative recipient is subject to the acceptance and the
availability of alternative recipients. In the event of delivery cannot be completed due to order recipient
is not around during delivery and due to the absence and/or non-acceptance of item(s) from the alternative recipients, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund
shall be issued in such event.
In the event that the item(s) are not delivered due to incorrect delivery details, we will not be held
responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.
2.0 Pricing Policy
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
As the flowers provided to us are subject to seasonal price change that is beyond our control, all
displayed prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We shall not be held liable
for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such changes. Price hike may occur
during certain circumstances too, such as peak seasons and limited stock availability.
3.0 Order Policy
personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons.
In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full.
Order(s) placed will be in queue for processing until we have received your confirmation on full
payment made.
All order(s) are subject to stock availability. La Flowers reserves the right to amend or reject your
order in whole or in part, at any time and shall not be held liable for any compensation in the event
that any product(s) is/are out of stock, damaged, or unavailable for any other reason(s).
4.0 Cancellation and Amendment of Orders
Order(s) can be cancelled / changed by 10 a.m. one (1) day before the intended delivery date. A
processing fee of RM10 or a 3% of the total purchase amount (including delivery fee), whichever is
higher, will be imposed on each cancellation or amendment made.
We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we cannot guarantee change in
floral arrangement design due to availability of stocks. Changes in relation to the delivery address
and card messages can be made possible for requests by 10 a.m. one (1) day before the intended
delivery date.
5.0 Return and Refund Policy
La Flowers will ensure that all orders are in good condition when they left us. However, there may be
occasion that the product(s) is damaged in transit. Should such an event occur, and the product(s) is
damaged to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us without any delay.
Please note that you will need to email to us photos of the defects / damaged products within twenty-
four (24) hours of receiving the products in order to be eligible for a refund.
We will assess the damage of the products and if we deem the products are in poor shape or form,
we shall arrange for replacement to be delivered to you on our next available delivery date or issue a
refund to you. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of flowers.
If we offer you a refund, please note that banks may take up to ten (10) business days to process and
transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take such other longer time, or until your next
billing cycle. La Flowers have no influence over these timescales.

6.0 Floral Arrangement and Substitutions
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or unavailability of stocks,
we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute the flower varieties, colours or any other accessories for our products displayed on photos.
All the photos posted on our website and other online platforms are taken by professional camera and
processed by photo editing software. Actual floral arrangement, bloom size, bouquet size, wrapping
style, colours and shades may vary from the photos shown.
7.0 Force Majeure
La Flowers shall not be liable for delay or failure to complete its obligations if the delay or failure
results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts
of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license
or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of
telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of
suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or
industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond La Flowers
reasonable anticipation and control.
Mode of Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, FPX, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and ShopeePay. In
order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via PayEx, the payment
gateway licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia.
